Thirty minutes on what you run today and where it breaks. No deck, no pitch. You leave knowing whether we can help.

Written proposal
What we would build, in what order, what it costs and what it does not include. Fixed scope or a retainer band.

Build in the open
Work lands in a shared board with a staging link. You see progress weekly rather than at the end.
- 04
Handover and run
Documentation, access and a walkthrough. Then either you run it, or we do on a retainer.
What we hold to
Scope before contract
Every engagement starts with a call and a written proposal. If the proposal does not describe something you recognise, we have not understood the problem yet.
You own everything
Code in your repository, automations in your accounts, ad accounts in your business manager. If you stop working with us, nothing stops working.
Fixed scope or a retainer band
We do not bill by the hour for delivery work. You get a number before we start, and a change is a conversation rather than an invoice surprise.
We say no
If what you are asking for will not do what you want, we say so before taking the work — even when the answer is that you do not need us.
Monthly retainers
Most of what we do is ongoing.
Projects end; systems need running. Retainers cover the work after launch — the monitoring, the changes, the campaigns and the reporting. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice.
Maintain
from $900 / month
A site or a set of automations that is already live and needs to stay that way.
- Monitoring, updates and dependency patching

Operate

Ongoing delivery across one or two service lines, with a standing block of hours.

We act as your technology team across automation, web and acquisition.

Fixed-scope projects are also available where a retainer does not fit. Every engagement starts with a scoping call, not a contract.
Questions we get asked
- How quickly can you start?
- Usually within two weeks for retainers, and sooner for a scoped first automation. We hold capacity deliberately rather than booking months ahead.
- Do you work with our existing developers or agency?
- Often. We are frequently brought in for the automation and tracking work alongside an in-house team, and we will work to their conventions rather than against them.
- What if we only need one small thing?
- That is fine and it is how most engagements start. There is no minimum retainer to get a single workflow built.
- Who owns the accounts and the code?
- You do, from day one. We build in your accounts wherever the platform allows it, and hand over documentation at the end of every project.
