This notice covers what happens to information you give us through this website. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients under a separate agreement.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, company if you give one, the services you selected, your budget band, your timeline and your description of your situation. We also record the page you submitted from and the time.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site, and there is no tracking pixel on these pages.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out that work. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract once one exists.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend and stored with our hosting provider, Netlify. Both act as processors on our instructions. We do not sell data, and we do not share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your data protection regulator.
